Sea Kayaking Short Breaks

I find myself at the extremity of a long beach.  How gladly does the spirit leap forth, and suddenly enlarge its sense of being to the full extent of the broad, blue, sunny deep!  A greeting and a homage to the Sea!  I descend over its margin, and dip my hand into the wave that meets me, and bathe my brow.  That far-resounding roar is the Ocean's voice of welcome.  His salt breath brings a blessing along with it.

For those with limited holiday time we offer packages for short trips.Which can be either stand alone or as part of your larger holiday.

Island Exploration Trip
3 Days of sea kayaking in the best parts of the Maltese Islands, the price include all kayaking related equipment, lunches and transfers. Possible kayaking venues include St. Pauls Islands, Comino, Blue Grotto or other locales but are based on weather conditions at the time.

3 Star Training, 3 Days
2 Days of Sea Kayaking 3 Star Training following the new syllabus and one day of training which can be signed off as one of the three sea journeys before an assessment where we will further refine your skills which will be necessary for your assessment.
Price: €190

3 Star° (new syllabus)

Duration - two days training, one day assesment
An intermediate level sea kayaking award demonstrating a level of skill and understanding consistent with abilities beyond that of a beginner - taken in two parts.
Skills include: efficient forward paddling; launching/landing; reverse paddling; maintaining/changing direction; supporting strokes; rolling, deep-water & eskimo rescue; contact tows/tow-line use; risk management; sea safety; weather; planning and navigation.

° A consistent 2 Star kayak standard of performance is necessary for this award.
