Sea kayaking is an excellent medium through which groups of people can learn to work together to achieve common goals. We have one of Malta's premier team building facilities. We combine unique mental and physical exercises which are tried and tested to promote team-work in a fun and competitive environment. We can facilitate groups of up to 45 clients and have catering and beach facilities on-site.

We understand that in order to provide successful team building events you must include fun and excitement in a goal orientated environment. We prefer input from our clients in order to create custom itineraries to satisfy their needs.

09:30 Arrival and Introduction
09:45 Basic sea kayaking instruction and safety talk
10:00 Warm up trip to Sluggs Bay
10:30 Fun Chariot Race- In double kayaks front kayaker stands up while second paddler paddles the team to the beach and must stop if charioteer falls off. This is a fun ice breaking game.

Split into teams
11:00 Blindfolded Navigation- Teams run an obstacle course with front paddler blindfolded and doing the paddeling and the rear paddler  without a paddle (and the rest of the team) guiding the paddler through the course to the finish and swapping with the next team. This is a very teamwork intensive game.
11:30 Commando Raid- Team must get their groups safely to the "Rescue Ship" with only 2 kayaks and 1 paddle. First team to land on the ship wins. This activity emphasizes teamwork and puzzle solving.
12:00 Sideways Tug o War- We raft up the kayaks sideways and using a tug o war rope have a very fun tug o war with a twist. This fun activity makes each team use creativity to figure out how to make their awkward raft over power the other team.
12:30 Break for Lunch.
